Why this website? Why this book?
The purpose of this website and the book Leave This World With No Regrets is to help you reflect on and have important conversations both with yourself and with those who are important in your life– before you or they are at the end of your/their lives. Thinking about and talking about it– before someone is sick or, worse, before something unexpected happens– not only changes the quality of people’s lives but ultimately makes it easier to have end-of-life conversations and easier to grieve.
As a society, we need to acknowledge- not in a sad way but rather in an empowering way- that our time on this earth is limited. We need to make sure the people in our lives know throughout their lives - and especially at the end of their lives- that they matter. Doing so can be transformative and improve the quality of our life both as we live each day and as we face our final days.

About Me
My name is Beth Lambert, and I am in my 31st year as an English teacher at Grafton High School in Massachusetts. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as appreciating the beauty in the ordinary that surrounds me every day.
